Der Kurzfilm ist eigentlich gar nicht mal so schlecht finde ich, wenn auch ziemlich gewalttätig, aber mit Power Rangers hat er absolut nichts zu tun.

Meine meinung zu dem film: is doch echt gut gemacht, und bringt doch super publicity für das franchise PR, über 12 mio. Mal geklickt und am freitag sogar das zweit meist gesehene video auf youtube überhaupt...

Ich denke der film nächstes jahr muss nicht ganz so krass in diese richtung gehen, aber ein etwas ernsthafterer touch wäre schon der richtige weg um es massentauglich zu machen...

Director Dean Israelite in Negotiations to Direct 2016 Power Rangers Film
Saban Brands and Lionsgate is in negotiations with director Dean Israelite (Project Almanac) to direct the 2016 Power Rangers film.

Israelite is a huge fan of the franchise and aims to bring a fresh voice to the property. The upcoming film is produced Lionsgate and Saban Brands and is written by X-Men: The First Class writers Ashley Miller and Zack Stentz. The film is set to premiere on July 22, 2016.

Da ich es von Blizzard Games gewohnt bin je länger etwas dauert und aufgeschoben wird, desto besser wird es auch, sage ich einfach mal der Grund wird einfach sein das er noch viel Besser wird als vorher

Ich glaub da fest dran. Bin ich eben 2017 der größte "Nerd" in unserem Kino , auch nicht Wild ^^...

Genau sowas brauch ich !
Das die Zyuranger/MMPR Zords nun endlich ein eigenes dickes Panzerfahr/flugzeug Design bekommen das nach Dino ausschaut, stiehlt mir fast den Atem und hab ich schon beim letzten mal vermisst (aber gut damals ging halt nich viel mehr ^^, andere Jahre, damals gallt auch ein Vokuhila Haarschnitt als Modern ) !
Ich bin auf jeden Fall sehr sehr angetan von dieser Umsetzung. Ich erwarte einen fantastischen Action Film im Kino alla Pacific Rim und co. !
Ich will aus dem Kino gehen können und trotz Power Ranger Überkenntnis vollkommen gebufft von diesem Film sagen können: "Krass, wie Geil war das denn?" !

Das wird ein groß angelegter Kinofilm der aktuell für Januar 2017 geplant ist. Ob das der Finale Termin bleibt ist aktuell noch unwahrscheinlich und wird sich sicherlich noch einmal verschieben.

2017 POWER RANGERS FILM RUMOR: Plot Revealed?!
Heroic Hollywood's elmayimbe reported the supposed plot of the upcoming Power Rangers film. Take note, this plot is not yet confirmed until we receive official word from Saban Brands and other related sources.

The film will open on Earth during the Cretaceous Period in which we see Zordon and his team of Rangers fight Rita Repulsa. Zordon detonates a black hole in order to defeat her. In the present, we meet the Rangers.

- Jason - Billy's friend and is in a relationship with Kimberly
- Zack - is great in basketball player, girls loves him, and declines offers to join the school basketball team
- Kimberly - a perfectionist on every level and is in a relationship with Jason. Her dad owns Hart Automotive
- Billy - brilliant in his own way and Jason's friend
- Trini - a bit of a loner and practices yoga in the desert


In the film, Jason and Billy investigate a T-Rex fossil found in a decommissioned military base. They start to dig underneath the huge T-Rex fossil to find a Power Coin owned by the Power Rangers as seen in the film's opening scene. Jason pulls a handful of Power Coins from the ground. The two argue about taking the coins and Billy throws them back to the floor. The coins glint.

Meanwhile, in a Hawaiian observatory, astronomers witnessed a meteor shower of historic proportions collided to our moon, causing waves on Earth to rise in the Pacific Ocean due to the moon's altered gravity. Back in Angel Groove, the five team-up for the first time when they helped a young mom from the effects of the waves.

Meanwhile in a teleportation room, Zordon reappears as a light and thanks to his conversation with Alpha 5, he learned they've been marooned on Earth for 65 million years. What's more is that the black hole that Zordon detonated at the beginning of the film tore the fabric of time around the Solar System.

He realized that Rita is still alive and her ship landed in Russia. Even if that's the case, he feels that lifeforms in this planet are too primitive to pass the test to become Rangers. In Russia, Rita Repulsa awakens and plans to remake Goldar by stealing gold.

Back to our heroes, they discovered that they have their respective Power Coins and each discover that they have power and force that they never seen before. Back at the Command Center, Zordon and Alpha discovered Rita's plan and learned that they have 71 hours left to stop her.

What's more is that Zordon realized that five teenagers have bonded with the Power Coins. 71 months is not enough to train these new Rangers, let alone 71 hours. With the fate of the planet in the hands of these teens, can these kids save the world from Rita Repulsa and her dastardly plan?

Heroic Hollywood has just released the plot details for the under production Power Ranger 2017 reboot movie. Now it's up to you guys and gals if you wanna take this one with a grain of salt for some fans have deemed this plot good.

Before we go further, remember that there will be no green ranger for this movie reboot.

And here we go:

Let's meet our new heroes. 65 million years later at Hart Automotive, a garage in the back of a car dealership in Angel Grove, California we meet 16 year old JASON who receives mysterious text messages from his friend BILLY.

Next we are at Dave and Busters where we meet 16 year old ZACK who plays a supershot arcade style basketball game and scores 139 points. The girls love him and the guys want to be him. An assistant basketball coach tries to recruit Zack into joining the school basketball team but Zack declines by selfishly responding there is no "I" in team.

Meanwhile, back at Hart Automotive we meet 16 year old KIMBERLY, a perfectionist on every level, academically and physically. Her father is the owner of Hart automotive. She slips into to the garage to meet JASON where she proceeds to make out with him and they get busted by her father. Uh oh.

We next are in a bedroom where we meet 16 year old BILLY who is brilliant in his own way. Billy receives a text message back from Jason who notifies him that they're on their way.
Next we meet 16 year old TRINI, a bit of a loner, who is out in the desert doing yoga.
Out on the horizon of the desert near a decommissioned military base, Jason drives a two seat all terrain vehicle, billy rides shotgun. They're heading to the decommissioned base to check out a dinosaur fossil. Billy discovered the dinosaur fossil of a T-Rex on Google Earth and wants to explore further.

They start to dig underneath the huge T-Rex fossil and find a coin, a power coin, one that belonged to Power Rangers from the opening scene. Jason pulls a handful of power coins from the ground. Jason & Billy argue over taking the coins and Billy throws them back on the floor. The coins glint.
Meanwhile, at an observatory in Hawaii, Astronomers witness a meteor shower of historic proportions collide with the moon causing waves on Earth to rise in the Pacific Ocean due to the moon's altered gravity.

Later on the outskirts of Angel Grove, Zack, Billy, Trini, Jason & Kimberly meet up & work as a team togethercfor the first time when a young mom needs to be rescued from waves that surged inland when the meteor shower struck the moon.

Next, in a teleportation room, a blue glow, Zordon from the opening scene, reappears as a light. An ethereal version of his entire body in a glass tube hovers like a ghost. Zordon has a conversation with Alpha 5, a robot. Alpha 5 informs Zordon they been marooned on Earth for 65 million years.
When Zordon detonated a black hole in the opening scene, it tore the fabric of time around the solar system. Zordon realizes that Rita Repulsa is also alive when her starship landed in Russia.He feels the lifeforms on earth are too primitive to pass the test to become Rangers.

Meanwhile, in Russia, Rita Repulsa awakens and starts her quest to find gold.

Our five heroes wake up in their respective bedrooms with their power coins and each discover they have powers and abilities unlike before.

Back at the command center on Zordon's ship, Zordon and Alpha 5 discover Rita's plan to acquire gold from a series of bank heists.
She is trying to remake GOLDAR by stealing gold.

Alpha 5 scans a map of Earth. Dots pop up. Goldar's molecular presence scattered around the globe. Zordon and alpha 5 discover they have 71 hours to stop her.
Zordon realizes that the power coins have bonded with five indigenous life forms on Earth. 71 months wouldn't be enough time to train the new rangers, let alone 71 hours. Rangers are drawn from the free planets, the best and most disciplined chosen from billions. Taught from the time they were children.

Zordon hopes the power coins chose well because they have no other options.
Will our new group of Power Rangers stop Rita Repulsa and foil her plan to remake Goldar within 71 hours?"

Darauf würde ich nichts geben. El Maybe gibt keinerlei Quellen an und Mitglieder der Power Force haben auch schon gesagt das nichts davon sich mit den Infos deckt die sie von Saban haben.
